Clip art not loading on search

Hello,
I am having an issue with clip art not load from online with the clip art
search in Office 2003. I have all the boxes checked in the search in area. It
seems to take forever to load and when it does it is just the local stuff.

I have narrowed it down to the IE7 phishing filter. However, I have it
disabled in Group Policy. I still have to go into IE7 propertiesadvanced and
highlight disable and click apply as well as have a browser open to access
the online clip art search. I am also deleting Temporary Internet files on
browser log off and doing some folder redirection in Group Policy.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

We have the same trouble on our network. A work-around that seems to work most of the time is to open the Office program that will use clipart, then open Internet Explorer (the reverse order doesn't seem to work). Choose Tools, Internet Options, Browsing History, then Settings. Change the number for the "Disk space to use". It doesn't seem to matter what you change it to--even up or down 1. Now you should be able to Insert clipart and see the available choices on Microsoft Online. Unfortunately, you must do the above every time you re-open the Office program.
