Educational Brochure Use

I am a teacher writing educational brochures to help new immigrant families.
These brochures are free and are mean to explain the educational system, give
tips on learning the English language, etc. Can I use photos and images found
in Microsoft clip art to illustrate these brochures? If so, do I need to
include any citations or give reference to microsoft as the source?
