Do you mean an animated clip? If you have an application that has animation
creation possible, then it is easy to insert text.

===================================
Please include your question in the body of the
message. And a few details would be useful.

If you are referring to an animated .gif file...the
text would have to be added to the individual
frames before the .gif was created.

Or...you would have to extract the frames...add
the text to each frame and re-create the .animated
.gif.

Or...you could import the .gif into Movie Maker...
add the text and save the file as a .wmv movie
file.

Finally...if you happen to be referring to a movie
clip...you can add text in Movie Maker.
