Can't download clip are due to security

As an administrator I need to provide a local copy of the clip are database.
I can't find a download for this. Does it exist and will it work with Office
XP? Thank you.

Not sure I know what you are asking. Office XP came with a media disk in some
suites. It will have its own setup.
If you are asking about downloading all the clipart on the Office site, you
can't. There is a limit of 120 clips or 3.5MB download at any one visit.
