how to download "Movies and Sound" in ppt

Hello!

I'm working on a powerpoint and would like to add in sounds. I followed the
instructions on Microsoft's office help page, but when I went to the "Insert"
toolbar, I do not have "Movies and Sound" listed, and this looks like the
only way to insert a sound. I have Microsoft XP Professional, if that helps.

Hi Karie

Do you have a short menu with a double arrow head at the bottom? If so click
on the double arrow head and it will open up the full menu. Even better,
right click a toolbar -> customise -> options -> tick 'always show full
menus'
