I understand that you can't give legal advice, but what is your opinion about
this:

I'd like to use clip art in posters that will recruit people to participate
in a research study. The research study is funded by that National Institute
for Health and the investigator is a faculty member at the university. The
researcher does not benefit financially, but the research participants will
be offered a small cash payment for their time along with free non-drug
treatment for their problems. Sound ok?
