The text alignment changed when I added a photo

When I added a photo to a word document or a lable, it shifts the text
downward. How do I change the alignment of the text upward after a clipart
has been applied?

What version Word?
In earlier versions, right-click the image, click format picture, layout tab,
select any wrap but in line.
In 2007, right-click the image, click text wrapping, select any wrap but inline.
