Hi,

I am trying to donwload some MS clipart images from clipart online but the
images all lose quality once downloaded (look grainy). I'm downloding them
to Office 2007 so I didn't think that quality would be an issue.

Does anyone know if I can overcome this issue...?

Thanks,
Mary Sauer

How are you downloading? The third icon under the clips is a copy option, click
and the image will go to your clipboard. When you place the clips into the
download basket; these clips will go into the Organizer.
Can you give me the image number that shows grainy on your screen?

Hi Mary,

Thanks for your response. The 'copy' icon doesn;t seem to do anything when
I click it- nothing copies and when I try and paste there is nothing to paste
so it clerly isn't copying.....don;t suppose you have any idea why...?

The image I'm trying to download is J0432610- but the above seems to apply
to any image I try and copy in clip art!

Thanks,

Paul

Have you cleared your temporary cache lately? In Internet Explorer, Tools,
Internet Options, Delete, you will want to delete the temporary files.

What happens if you download from the Selection Basket? Is the clip grainy when
you insert it from the Organizer?

I copied/pasted the image. As long as I don't resize the clip it prints perfect
and looks perfect on my screen. If I enlarge the image then I lose definition.
