I have stored Office XP clipart forn the CD Media disk on a network computer.
I cant get clip organizer to recognize it. I have copied catalogue files
everywhere thinking thats the problem. Could someone please help with the
steps as Im missing something. Thanks

Thanks for prompt reply.
It appears that all clips required have to have key words added manually.
We were hoping to use all clipart, but it appears we will have to select a
few and add key words. In Word 2000 clipart the key words were all supplied
and it was easy. Im wondering why this has changed or has it?

The keywords are still with the clipart. When you select download on the Office
site, the clips automatically go into the Organizer. If you copy/paste then
those keywords are lost.
Office 2000 used the Gallery, an entirely different product.
