ClipArt downloads don't load correctly?

I'm currently running Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac, and I'm having trouble
downloading clipart. When I import the clipart files (saved as *.cil files
on my computer), it does not import ANY of the keywords or category
information. It shows up in the "favorites" category with no keywords at
all. This basically makes the clipart useless, since I can't search for
it... and I certainly don't have the time to manually enter
keywords/categories for hundreds of pieces of clipart. Is there any way to
download the clipart so that the keywords and other properties show up
correctly?

You probably would do better asking this on a Mac newsgroup.
