Hi,
I have selected and downloaded a large number of clip art files from the
online gallery. In the past I have imported them into the Word Clip Gallery
and they all end up in the Favourites category. I then have to select each
one to move it to another category. How can I import them into the Word Clip
Gallery in a way that they all appear in a selected category that I have
already created (and not favourites)?
Thank you

Have you looked at the Gallery's help? The Gallery has its own help files. There
is an entry for adding clips to specific categories.

Some help here as well
