icons for file formats

I want to copy windows icons for different file formats onto a table giving
explanations of different file formats. e.g. the stock icon for jpeg, gif,
html e.t.c but cannot find a library to copy from! Any ideas? Clip Art hasn't
got them and other icon sites are original icons by artists. I need the most
recognisable generally used icons.

Not sure I know what you are asking. The icons you see for image formats are
determined by what program opens the file.

I don't know what icons are recognizable for specific image files. This forum
