Save Changes?

I pasted a clip art image from the Gallery into my Word document and changed
it by right-clicking and choosing "edit picture." Now I want to save the
changes I made so I can copy & paste the modified picture elsewhere. How do
I do this? Thanks

Do you have a Draw program? Microsoft Publisher? If you want to save the picture
without it remaining a vector (.wmf) it is simply doing something like this:

If you have a Draw program or Publisher you can copy, paste and save.
