We can view the clipart thumbnails for insert clipart but we are unable to
insert all of them. The WMF files will all insert but not all of the JPG
files will. It does not seem to matter what size the file is. We have
tried: emptying the temporary internet files, making office online a trusted
site, repairing word, downloading active X, downloading clipart organizer,
etc, ect.
The most common error message is
"Word cannot obtain the data for the C:\Documents and settings|user
names|local settings\Temporary internet files\content.IE5\pcm3c53a\filtered
[1].htm link"

Have you compacted the Organizer (Tools, Compact)? Have you tried repair? The
Organizer has its own Detect and Repair.
It all fails you can create a new Mstore10.mgc file. You will lose all custom
keywords you may have created.
The file is in a folder similar to this:
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer.
Rename the Mstore10.mgc to Mstore10.old.

I compacted the organizer and ran detected and repaired. I still have the
same problem. we are using internet explorer version 7.0.5730.11 and windows
xp professional version 2002, service pack 2 and Microsoft office 2003. We
could use all the clipart available last school year but the problem started
this school year with a few computers and spread to all of them by December.

Move the Temporary folder. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
Browsing History, Settings, Move folder. It doesn't matter where. Another folder
will be created the next time the browser is opened.

We have pinpointed the problem to the cache server, ( we have everyone
working on this problem). We brought in an outside computer, hooked it to
the network and had the same problem. We added office.microsoft to trusted
sites on the cache server but I am still having the same problems. I was
able to get more info from onee clipart:
website address: office.microsoft.com/clipart/dglxasset.aspx?
AssetD=M....Description: weighted phrase limit exceeded
The clip art attached to this note is a heart with wings. Is there
something we can reset to make it work?
