Our network is having issues with the speed of the integrated "web
collections" clipart. We've traced it back to our DeepNines web filter. In
order to not sniff the traffic for clipart, we need a range of ip addresses
that can be exempted from our filter. Is that possible to get?

Jared,
I work in a school district that uses the DeepNines appliance for web
filtering. This is a fairly easy thing to do. The way I go about it is
using wireshark to see were the request is coming from. In this case the ip
is 65.55.16.30 or something similar. I then goto arin.net and search this ip
and it should give you the owner and CIDR ip range. In this case Microsoft's
is 65.52.0.0 /14.

In deepnines create a new flow using the following specs:
Match Rules
Protocol: TCP
Outside Address: 65.52.0.0 /14
Outside Port: 80
Direction: From Inside

Control
Schedule: Always on (Or Schoolday if you would like)
Control With: Action
Action: Forward

Click Save and you should be good to go. Hope this helps.
