I've read through the responses for this problem, but the solutions pertain
to Office 2003. I've click on the suggested links to MS and all their
solutions also pertain to 2003. I hesitate to download a file that does not
apply to Office 2007. I believe the problem might be a Vista issue. I
installed and licensed MS Office Pro 2003 on my new Vista machine (Dell) and
clip art would not work. I then installed and licensed Office 2007. AND I
STILL CAN'T USE CLIPART. Clipart is an absolute necessity for my job. I hate
to pay $50 to talk to Microsoft, but if you guys can't help, I guess there is
no alternative. I get the following error message: Clip Organizer cannot
complete the operation. The RPC server is unavailable. Error Code
0x800706BA. Help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!!!

The Organizer hasn't changed much from 2002 to 2007.
This article will help.
Clip2002: "Pure Virtual Function Call" Error When You Start Clip Organizer

The Mstore10.mgc is found in the Vista OS in a folder similar to this (hidden)
C:\Users\<<user>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer

If you have used custom keywords they will be lost.

Mary Sauer, you are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. It worked; in fact, it resolved
the problem for both 2003 AND 2007. I cannot begin to tell you how much I
appreciate your help and promptness! You're a MAJOR asset to this group!!!
