how to correct blurry pictures

If you have a digital image editing program
try sharpening the photo.

Usually if a photo is blurry because of poor
focus, low quality camera lenses or movement
when the picture was taken there is not much
you can do.

One or more of the following freeware programs
might be worth a try if you need editing software:
