Rotating photos in Picture Manager / Vista

I rotate a photo in Picture Manager. I save it. It shows up correctly
within Picture Manager. When I import the photo into any other program the
rotation is gone. The color correction/resizing is fine but the rotation is
gone. I did recently change to Vista and upgrade to Office 2007. My Picture
Manager has copyright 2006 on the About page. Any ideas why it isn't saving
the rotation?

Try a different program. You can rotate in Paint.
