How do I make a word APWU logo facing diagonal with 3D effect.

I am making a business card for my co-workers using the above word and
effect. If I am not mistaken, Windows 95 or a bit later had this program.

WordArt?
Office programs always had WordArt in one form or other. What version Office do
you have now? There is a compatibility WordArt utility. You use it in Office
programs, Insert Object, scroll down to Microsoft WordArt 3.2
It will work with Office 2007 too.
