Get error 0x800401F9 when use clip art on Excel and Word

When I use clip art on Excel and Word after that it will be display as this

"Clip Organizer cannot complete the Opertion
Error in the DLL
Error Code 0x200401F9"
(for MS office XP profissional version 2002)

Pls clarify me how to repair this problem.
