I am using Office 2007/Windows XP and I can't download clipart from Microsoft
Windows?

Do you mean you cannot download from Microsoft Office clipart site? Do you get
an error?
Empty your temporary cache and try again. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete, delete files.

If the above doesn't work, post back.
