clip organizer not letting me dowload

Help! When I try to download clip art from microsoft I get one of various
error codes, the main one being Error Code 0x8004022D, saying 'storage for
'My Collections' is corrupted. Compacting the main Clip Organizer catalog may
repair the problem.'
What do I do??

Open the Organizer from Start, Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Clip Organizer.
When the Organizer opens, tools, compact.

If this doesn't cure your problem you may have to create a new main catalog.

Find Mstore10.mgc and rename it to Mstore10.mgc
It is in a folder similar to this (hidden)
C://Documents and Settings/<<user name>>/Application Data/Microsoft/Clip
Organizer

It might help to empty your temporary cache. In Internet Explorer, tools,
Internet Options, delete, delete files.
