I created a baby book to sell and I inserted clip arts like babies, baby
bottle, bus, people, flowers and more. I typed my format and added the
pictures. Is this legal or do I need to find a royal free site? I read some
of the questions and answers but I wanted to make sure. I noted at the end
that I created the baby book should i include that the images were copied
from Microsoft.com

Read the EULA, we cannot give legal advice. Pay close attention to section 1.5

I read section 1.5
It is still unclear to me. What can a lawyer say that Microsoft couldn't
give direct answer to? If it can be used in a flyer and a presentation and
this book is something that I am printing is the same as a book published?
If you cannot answer I guess the only answer I have is to draw my own clip
arts.

Chan, I am a volunteer. The EULA states the clipart cannot be the primary value
of the product.

You may not sell, license or distribute copies of the Media Elements by
themselves or as part of any collection, product or service if the primary value
of the product or service is in the Media Elements.

Thanks for your help. I sent Microsoft a fax so they can view it and let me
know if it falls under the commercial use. I just wanted to be safe than
sorry. Thanks again
