Office 2007 Edit or Modify Clipart

How do I edit only specific colors in a clip art image in Office 2007?

Everywhere I look I'm told that in order to edit only specific colors in a
piece of clip art I need to go to the Edit menu and click "Edit Picture", or
right click the picture and select "Edit Picture". Only "Edit Picture"
doesn't exist in 2007!

What format is the picture? Specific colors in raster images cannot be edited in
Word.
