An non-profit service organization that I contract with has used a piece of
Microsoft office clipart to develop a logo for one of their programs. Some
modifications were made to the art, including adding elements and a program
name. Is the organization restricted from getting a service mark registered
for the logo since it orginated with Microsoft clip art?
