I downloaded about 250 photos from a recent trip into "My Pictures" as usual.
Somehow they got saved in the "Quicktime" format. Until now I have used the
"Windows Picture and Fax viewer" to download, save and transfer photos. Now
when I try to save my photos to a disk, I keep getting error messages and the
file will not copy across.

Can I convert my photo files back to "Windows Picture and Fax" so I can view
and transfer them as in the past?

The Apple QuickTime format is .mov
and is for video not still shots. What is
the format of your pictures?

Is it possible that you made a .mov video
instead of still shots?

Do the files say they are QuickTime or do they have the QuickTime icon? You may
have lost your file association. Right-click one of file, properties, opens
with...change.
