I have a bunch of pictures in which some are blurry and some are clear. I

============================
Image editing programs usually have a
tool called Sharpen but in most cases
a blurry picture is a lost cause.

FastStone Image Viewer has a good
sharpen tool because there is a slider
that makes the adjustment and there is
a button your can click that shows the
original so you can compare.

FastStone Image Viewer

Once you have FastStone downloaded
and installed...browse to the picture you
wish to edit and double click it to open it
full screen...

Type...Ctrl+L to open the Sharpen/Blur tool.

IrfanView may also be worth a try...

Download Irfanview
http://www.techspot.com/download299.html
(get the plug-ins too)
http://www.techspot.com/downloads/472-irfanview-plugins.html

Open your picture by going to...File / Open...

To Sharpen...go to...Image / Sharpen...or type...
Shift+S as many times as you wish.

For fun...try a filter...go to...
Image / Effects / Edge Detection...
Then go to...
Image / Negative...

The result should be somewhat of a line drawing...
