Dear Microsoft Guys and Gals,
An issue exists in which clip art acquired by "Insert"--> "Picture"-->
"ClipArt" from the web when using MS Word (all versions checked from 2000
thru 2006 in XP Pro and Small Business and patched to SP3 causes the various
Office applications to freeze forcing the user to end the application via
Task Manager.
The offending clip art file when display the following property when you
right click it during the selection process; "dglxasset.aspx". While in some
cases removing any temporary internet files cached may help, in most cases
you need to delete the offending clip.
In most installations you can replicate the problem by attempting to insert
a clip art file j0078761.wmf from the collection. Note simply trying to
copy, insert or taking any action other than "Delete" will cause the
application to hang.
This is but a single specific image that has this problem. This should be
documented on the support site.
