I download clip art. My problem is that I cannot send it in Outlook Express.
I put the cursor in the message body Insert/pictures/browse.click on my clip
art/open. There it is in the message body and I send. It never arrives. I do
not want it as an attachment.

Have your recipients enable HTML/Rich Text emails.
