I would like to use MS clip art in a commercial publication for sale. I have
read all the EULAs I can find.

1. The clip art would not be used as my company logo
2. A clip art would be used as a visual for separate groupings of patterns
(i.e., animal patterns, furniture patterns, etc.)
3. Another clip art would be used along with each pattern (i.e., dog
pattern would have dog clip art, cat pattern would have cat clip art, etc.)
4. I will not be selling or licensing the clip art
5. There is a page in the Clip Art are of the MS website that gives
instructions on how to use clip art for a business card; this may or may not
6. How can I track down the designer of a specific clip? One in particular
that I would like to find out is clip art AN02531_.wmf. MS says we should
contact some of the designers for licensing information, but there is no way
that I have yet discovered to make this easy (or even possible).

The clipart you are asking about has been around in collections for a long time.
I don't know where it originated. There are great ladybugs here, the licenses
are modestly priced.
