Web Collections folder Empty

I am unable to downlaod clipart from inside Microsoft Word 2003. When I type
something simple like, "smile" I get 1 or 2 results but thats it. When I
went into Clip Art organiser and I tried to double click it, it shows "0
results"

I have read through the posts in this forums but nothing has worked.

You may not be able to use the Clip Organizer to view Web Collections when you
run an Office program
