Clip Art Picture

I'm starting a new buisness, and I was wondering if I can use a picture from
Clip Art to put into my logo. I'm selling cookie dough and my logo is of a
cuppa tea and I'd love to put an angel of the cup surrounded with clouds. Is
this ok? I've read a few other messages regarding that and links to the
legality side of it, and it all sounds ok, but I'm just covering myself, so I
can go ahead and start to get a designer to form my logo and website!
