nothing at all in CLIP ART files!!

HELP! When I try to use Clip Art in Word (from Microsoft 2008 for Mac) it
opens but the window is
COMPLETELY BLANK! There's nothing there! I can open the help file from the
menu but that is all...any help on this would be HUGELY appreciated, thanks!
