I am using Office 2000 and having a problem downloading Clip Art. Every time
I download a file, the system automatically opens it as gibberish in a Word
document rather than sending it to the Clip Gallery. The Microsoft web site
doesn't provide me an option of where to save the file. Any ideas what might
be wrong?

Have you tried re-registering the Gallery? Find ARTGALRY.exe and double-click
the file. It is in a folder similar to this:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ARTGALRY

If that doesn't help, there are troubleshooting tips in the Art Gallery help,
the Art Gallery has its own help files. You might try compacting your Gallery,
right-click any catalog image, click recover.

Thank you. It looks like the Gallery wasn't installed correctly to begin
with, so I think that's the problem. I'll have to have that checked out.
