can't download clip art

Why can't I download clip art. The gallery I have is 3.0. What can I do to
solve this problem.

What program? Are you using Works?

If you have the Microsoft Clip Gallery that is with Office 97, re-register your
ARTGALRY file. Double-click ARTGALRY.EXE.
It is in a folder similar to this:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ARTGALRY
