Hi, I am working on a database where I am storing quality trend results. I
am trying to create a form where I will be able to select either by employee,
site, supervisor, deficiency, or a particular month. I am using the code in
the Issues Tracker Template under "Search issues" but I keep getting an error
where it won't filter. Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong?
