Discussion:
Clip Art won't print (word 2007 & vista)
(too old to reply)

I have created a table in word with clip art inserted into some of the cells.
The print preview shows everything perfectly, but the clip art does not
actually print. The picture that is inserted above the table prints. And in
one clip art, only the outline of part of the picture prints. I have checked
"Print drawings created in Word" and "Print background colors and
images."

Can anybody help?

Thanks.

Might check with the manufacturer of your printer model for an updated driver.

Thank you, Mary.
I checked for driver updates, and there are none required.
Any other suggestions?

Just wondering...did you go to the support
website of your printer manufacturer and
search for updated Vista drivers?

Hi, John.
Thanks, yes I did go to my printer manufacturer website. It said, "The
driver solution for this product is included in your Windows Vista operating
system and is already on your computer. There is no need to download
anything."

Ok...that's the best you can do unless the
printer mfg. decides to update the driver.

You could always re-install the driver. The Vista driver may not have over
written files already installed. It is best to completely remove a driver before
installing/re-installing.

Most printer manufacturer's have pretty good support documents on their web
pages.
