Hope someone can help.
I have Vista and Microsoft Clip Organizer (12.0.4518.104) SP1 MSO
(12.0.6320.5000) WHEW!
When I find a clip I want and I right click, I should be presented with a
menu that includes "open in" which would open the appropriate program for
editing. This does not happen. My only options are "copy" (which copies with
a usless name the must be renamed) , "make available offline", "edit
keywords" or "preview/properties". Previewing the clip tells me the name of
the editing program but there is no vehicle to access it.
I have an older computer using XP and Organizer 2002 (10.2625.2625) and the
right click includes the "open in" option for all file types and I am used to
opening clips in my editing software (I have several), maybe altering color
or shape, and "saving as" a useful name instead of the useless name I get in
Vista with a simple copy.
The Vista/Clip helps say that I should get and opportunity to open at least
.wmf by right-click but I get no such option regardless of the type of file.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks
