Post by Mary SauerWhat version Windows are you using?
The Mstore10.mgc is a hidden file. The path is
C:\Users\<<user>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer in Vista.
Go to the Control Panel, Folder Options, View Tab, check "Show Hidden files and
Folders."
Did you compact your Organizer? Start, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools,
Microsoft Clip Organizer. When the Organizer opens, Tools, compact.
Did you empty your temporary cache? In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet
Options, Delete. You need to delete your temporary files.

Post by Mary SauerFind Mstore10.mgc and rename it to Mstore10.mgc
It is in a folder similar to this (hidden)
C://Documents and Settings/<<user name>>/Application Data/Microsoft/Clip
Organizer
It might help to empty your temporary cache. In Internet Explorer, tools,
Internet Options, delete, delete files.
