copyright and website usage

I am utterly confused on all of this. Am I allowed to use MS Word Clip Art
on my website? If so is there a difference between the Clip Art that comes
with Word and the Clip Art online? Also, if I'm allowed to use it, what name
or link do I put underneath the picture to give Microsoft credit? Thank you.

Those guidelines are so vague as to be useless. I know there are more
specific guidelines for use of clipart somewhere but now that I need them
they are impossible to find. Shouldn't a link (in large letters) be available
on the clip art download page? Can anyone point me to the guidelines for
specific use of clip art? Not a link to the legal information because I can't
find anything regarding clip art there.

I just get so frustrated with Microsoft. If they are going to offer clip
art, they need to make rules for use of that clip art easy to find and easy
to understand. Otherwise they are just asking for people to misuse their
graphic art. At other sites that offer free clipart their policies are easy
to find and use.
