Have you read the EULA? Pay close attention to section 1.2
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tou.aspx
Don't use the image as part of your logo.
Don't sell the images as part of a collection.
The images cannot be the primary value of your project.

The article doesn't use decimal points. Each section uses a whole number,
eg. 1 or 2 or 3; not 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5.

Hi Mary,

I want to use Online cliart from Microsoft, BD19628_.wmf opn the cover of a
folder for a non-profit agency project report. The clip art provides a good
representation of the project, but is not a logo for our organization. My
agency has a certified copy of Microsoft Office 2003.

Am I within the spirit of the EULA? Do I need a liccense?

Thanks, Tilton Davis

I can only point you to the license legalese.
