Picture Manager combining 2 photos into 1?

I have a few small photos that I would like to merge together into 1 bigger
photo that can be saved as an image. I would like to use picture manager,
but it didn't give it as an option. thanks for your help in advance.

You'll need to get a program that will allow stitching. There are some free
programs around. These are some, but there are many more.
