Hi-
I work for an ad agency and a client apparently searched this clip art
gallery online to find an image for a truck design they want to produce.
First question I have, which seems to be answered other places, is can we use
this image royalty free? Second question is if we need to pay for the right
to use the image, where can we do that? Thirdly, how can I find out what
image collection this particular image comes from so I can purchase rights to
use it like normal stock photography? We certainly don't mind paying for the
right to use the image, but I don't know where this image comes from or where
to buy it. Thanks for any help.

The image in question is j0422155.jpg.

The best I can advise it to try the providers you see listed on the left on the
clipart site. IStockphoto seems to have similar images.

Do you know if any of these images actually come from collections on the
sites on the left. I actually use istock all the time, but couldn't find
anything exactly like that in my searches. Just thought the images here on
Microsoft are from some collection somewhere that can be referenced. If
anyone at Microsoft has any specific knowledge about where these images come
from, I would really be interested. Thanks.
