Hi, what do I do to ensure that the clip art (sound) that I added in my
e-mail, will start playing when the recipient opens the e-mail? Thanks.

=============================
First I must tell you that many if not
most recipients prefer silent e-mail.

Not to mention that sending and
receiving plain text e-mail is by far
the most secure.

That said...an attached sound file will
only play for the recipient when the
message is opened if they have their
newsreader set to view Rich Text (HTML)
email. Otherwise it will arrive as an
attachment.

Anyway...if you plan to use sound files
in your messages, consider using midi
files...they are very small and are faster
to download.
