Hi Mary,
I went online and found instruction son how to determine the owner of an
image. It states that you can move your pointer over th eimage and the
copyright owner's name should be part of the information that appears.

If it doesn't, how can I find the copyright owner? I'd like to use some
images in a compilation of county information for visual interest.

Second, is there a way to sort by the images that can be used without any
copyright infringement? Thanks!

I assume if the owner doesn't appear it is a Microsoft image. I am as confused
as everyone else on how the images can be used. Early on we were under the
impression if the image was not the primary value of the publication it could be
used. Take a look at the EULA that is part of the Publisher package, pay close
attention to section 1.5

Of course there is the legalese for all of Microsoft products.

I don't think there is a way to sort the clipart.
