If you are simply going to use the clipart on your web site I don't see where
you would have a problem. Just as long as you aren't selling the clipart or
using the clipart as part of your logo I suppose it would be okay. I am not an
attorney and I have no business giving legal advice. The clipart is there to
use.

Post by arc_devThanks, Mary. I'm still wondering about the original question even after
reading the section on clip art usage. We're a non-profit state agency. We
wish to build a web site to inform the public of their options in cases of
foreclosures and provide help to consumers in our state. Is it okay to use
the photos on our site? This is a non-commercial enterprise, run by the
state. Thank you :)

Post by arc_devHi. Are the Microsoft clip art and photos royalty free? We're with a state
agency in North Carolina and would like to use the clip are on our web site.
Is that okay?
