I see "wav Dglxasset" instead of a picture

Maybe the following article will offer some ideas:

(835413) Missing clips appear with the
title Dglxasset.aspx when you search for
clips in Office

Thank you for answering although I didn't understand the article you directed
me to. It said to press CTRL+SHIFT+I and a number appears in the lower-right
corner of the message. Thats where I got lost. I did this, a number did come
up in the lower right corner of the message but what do I do with that
number? It doesn't say in the article. Can you tell me? Thanks

Delete your Temporary files as the article
states and see if there is any improvement.

John: My temporary files are deleted. I always clean up everything before I
shut down. Is that what that number meant?

I have no idea what the number is...I just wanted you
to delete your Temporary Internet Files.

So...the question is...can you download clip art now?
