When I download clipart pictures and save them in my file, they only show as
numbers not thumbnails or pictures. Surely I don't have to make a note of
the number and description of every picture I save? I work in a primary
school, and use the pictures for newsletters and notices etc.

Any help would be gratefully received.

If the clips are from the Microsoft Office site you will see thumbnails when you
open the Organizer and use a keyword search. Vista does not preview .wmf clips
with their native viewer. You will have to download a different viewer such as
www.irfanview.com, www.xnview.com, others...
