Word 2007 Clip Art - No Results Found

I'm unable to get Word 2007 clip art to return any results when searching
from within the Clip Art task pane. There should be plenty of clip art
available (I upgraded from Office 2003), but I'm not getting any of the
previous clip art and it's not going online either. I've cleared out my
temporary Internet files and cookies, made sure that the Microsoft site is in
my Trusted locations and that my firewall will allow the Clip Organizer to
process requests. I've even downloaded files to my Organizer from the online
website, but the downloaded files won't appear in search results either. Any
help would be most welcome! Thanks!

Thanks Mary. Unfortunately, that didn't help. I'm not trying to work with
the Clip Art Organizer directly (although the clip art images DO seem to be
there). I'm trying to insert a clip art image by clicking the Insert Tab,
then selecting Clip Art from the Illustrations Group. When the Clip Art task
pane opens, I enter a search term and click Go. I have All collections
selected (i.e. Everywhere so it will search both on my computer AND online)
and Results should be All media file types. It seems to finally be finding
the little bit of clip art that is already installed (so that's a partial
success), but won't go out to search online. Again, my Internet cache has
been cleared (cookies too) and my firewall is set up to allow access to the
Microsoft site. The only other thing I can think of is that I use Firefox as
my default browser, but that didn't cause any problems with Word 2003. Does
anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
