How do I get an updated download for clip art gallery? Have 3.0)

I'm on a work computer with a 3.0 Clip Art Gallery and cannot download any
clip art or find a way to install a full updated gallery. We're in publishing
and need clip art. Help!

So how did you get the Gallery to start with? Did you go to Microsoft's update
web site and look around for an update for your applications.
